Does not stop kid from dumping food on ground

This was a waste. My one year old just pushed in the flap and dumped the cup... repeatedly. I had hope, but I think kids are too smart for this stuff. They have to NOT want to dump everything on the ground for this to work.

I have always had high regards for Munhckin products for babies. In fact, we have half of the baby products at home from this brand. But this item is a waste of money (other than bright color and flashy name). Its ture that the snacks won’t fall easily from tis. But it is also true that its difficult for the toddler to get the snack out from it when they actually need it. It is made of good plastic but has no practical valur due to its design.By AmazonShopper on October 10, 2018

I wanted them for my toddler to use at daycare. I didn't expect them to be spill-proof and they aren't. The lid flaps are VERY bendy so as to easily move without hurting delicate baby skin. That said, the lid cannot prevent small items from falling out occasionally, especially if the cup is vigorously shaken by an excited toddler (which my child is currently doing and cheerios are FLYING). She can't get the lid off even though she bends, pulls and chews the flaps. She also squeezes both of her hands in simultaneously and that doesn't pop the lid. The cups are easy to clean. My dog appreciates the imperfection of these cups.

My toddler likes to carry around his snacks with him all over the house, which means he drops most of it on the floor and on couches and beds (everywhere except the kitchen table). Well not anymore. Since I bought these great snack catchers, no more running around the house like a crazy person to try to minimize spills. I use these little gems for Fruit Loops, Cheetos, grapes, crackers, cheese cubes, granola bites...you name it. They work wonderfully well and I cannot believe I didn't buy these sooner. My toddler loves carrying these around everywhere and when he's done eating his snack, he loves putting his little toy cars in it afterwards. Love love LOVE these and I will definitely buy again. 👏🏻
