I first saw these when I was "between babies" LOL. A friend had one for her toddler, and I thought...now why didn't they have those when my son was a toddler?
This item has become a baby shower must-give with my circle of friends.
If you bottle feed your baby - you can use this dispenser to pre-measure individual servings of dry formula, and it dumps right into the bottle- easy as can be!
(The whole lid comes off so you can pour the dry formula into each compartment easily when you're loading it). This also works for baby cereal.
When your baby is a toddler - you can fill it with little snacks to go. Cheerios, Kix, dried fruit, granola... even diced carrots or frozen peas. We've put all kinds of things in there.
My youngest is 2 now, and we still use this for her, only now, she can work it all by herself, which is great. She can open the spout easily, and she can turn it to the compartment she wants easily. Thankfully, she is unable to open the entire lid, so no worries about massive messes.
She can use it in the car, too. It's not too much to handle for her.
It's also a great size and shape for travel. Some of the other snack dispensers are just too awkward to throw in a little travel bag for casual outings.
Just love this thing!
I read all the reviews & saw the warnings of how little they fill and how bulky they were. I purchased one anyway because I was okay with making the bulk trade-off to get rid of multiple containers. As far as how much they hold, I decided to go by the pictures and figured people were just complaining.
Unfortunately, they really don't hold enough for me to justify the bulk. There's just no room. The dividers take up too much space & create angles that the snacks can't fit in. There is a lot of wasted space. What is left just simply does not leave enough room for a snack. Maybe if there were two compartments instead of four it would open enough space and cut some of the angles the snacks can't fit in, but I'm not sure. I filled one section of my cup and it held 33 goldfish crackers. This is not near enough for a full day of errands for me, even when you multiply that number by four.
Although I love the idea, I filled it once, then immediately took the snacks out & went back to multiple containers without even using it. It's in the back of my cupboard, never used. I will give it one more chance when my youngest is old enough for snacks. Maybe this will hold enough for a younger child. Otherwise, I have no use for it as intended.

Such a useful tool! I've stored portions of formula, cereal, fruit, etc. Easily packs away, keeps the food fresh, and NOT easy for baby to get into a destroy.Published 10 months ago by Ashleigh Ledoux
This was purchased for a flight for my infant and was a total waste. The tiny little containers within are just not big enough for cheerios or crackers. Read morePublished 12 months ago by Sarah
