White ring piece is impossible to put back on

I REALLY loved this little contraption and was looking forward to using it for an upcoming camping trip. The white piece started to smell funky so I took it off to clean. It is IMPOSSIBLE to put it back on once you take it off. There is a special machine in China that put the silicone piece into the tiny grooves of the white ring that I do not have in my home. I wonder what the designers were thinking when they came up with this? Very disappointed.

Great starter for solid food

Very good for starting babies on stage 1 solid food. Very easy to use. Makes feeding time a little less messy.

There are a few things I don't like.
1. Spoon is not silicone but hard plastic.
2. Spoon gets stain easily.
3. Since the neck is not angled, you will need to hold it vertically to get the food out for the last few spoons.
4. Can't sanitize since the plastic piece at the neck will warp and you can't screw the spoon in place.

As a bonus, once your baby outgrows this feeder, you can use this as a open "cup" by removing the plastic neck. Good for teaching babies to drink from cup.

Overall I would recommend this product for parents who are starting their babies on solid food.

It was a good product, but we couldn’t make use of it for too long (used it for just about 1 month or so). The spoon handles only fine purée. As baby grows and the food changes, this product doesn’t evolve with it.

Suggestion- should sell different spoons with the product to handle a bit thicker purée/slightly chunkier food.

I've been using the boon spoon until I bought this spoon from Munchkin. This spoon is much better. Very easy to clean (thanks to a wider opening), much easier to feed the baby (the rubber is softer than boon, so it is easier to squeeze). Furthermore it has a flat base and so is stable. I would definitely recommend this!

Great idea. We used it for oat cereal and the cereal came out really easily onto the spoon. No bowl needed so saves on cleaning and mess as no hands can get in it! The only problem we had is that the spoon is hard. Given the age this is designed for the baby is teething and when they chomp down this is uncomfortable. We are switching back to a silicone spoon and will try to get a silicon spoon version of this product.

Buena idea de producto, sin embargo debe usarse con papillas muy licuadas para que no se tape el agujero, lo estrené con pera y fue muy incómodo el estarlo destapando a cada rato, terminé abriéndolo para sacar la papilla con cuchara.

La siguiente vez probé con manzana, pero esta tenía que estar muy aguada para que saliera sin tapar el agujero. Buena herramienta para usarlo de viaje

Wie oft habe ich mich geärgert wenn der selbstgemacht Getreidebrei zu flüssig wurde. Das füttern damit war ein reinstes Kleckern. Der Brei war überall nur kaum was beim Kind. Das war der Grund das ich mir zum Versuch einen gekauft habe. Ich bin begeistert!!! Ein sauberes und schnelles Füttern. Dadurch das beim Löffel ja nur oben mit Brei in Kontakt kommt, bleibt der Mund auch sauberer. Klar es gibt immer ein breiverschmierten Mund, aber hiermit wird es auf ein Minimumm reduziert. Auch das schnellere Füttern ist genial. Weil man gleich nachdrücken kann, statt den Löffel wieder in den Brei zu tunken, Löffel an der Kannte abstreifen, zurück zum Mund. Ich habe mir gleich 2 Nachbestellt damit ich immer einen Parat habe. Super finde ich auch das Fassungsvermögen. Es passt genau eine Malzeit rein. Bei der Schüssel konnte ich es immer nur schätzen wieviel ich anrühre an Getreidebrei. Hier bin ich sicher. Toll ist auch der Deckel, wenn er nicht isst, Deckel drauf für Später oder Unterwegs finde ich es auch praktisch.

El sistema de la cuchara me pareció bastante funcional y práctico sobre todo cuando debes salir y alimentar al bebé, sin embargo metimos al esterilizados las dos cucharas dispensadoreas y una se deformó y no volvió a cerrar, la otra siguió sirviendo un rato más pero no cerraba bien así que decidí no usarlas más. Una lástima porque todas las cosas de Munchkin me gustan y confio bastante en esa marca.

Contras: Me ha servido muy pocas veces. A veces echa mucho aire y hace que salga disparado el puré. La cuchara es un poco dura. Al final hay que abrirlo para que el resto se lo des con otra cuchara. Solo te puede servir para los purés de primera etapa.
