OT loves origins, insertions, actions, and views of muscles from superficial to deep
I never review products but this coloring book was worth it! I started out with another anatomy coloring book but it mainly covered bones, and wasn't as in depth as I needed. I'm currently in OT grad school and needed something that covered the musculoskeletal system, so I was thrilled when I found this! This has been great for my Gross anatomy course. The book covers origin, insertion, actions, and has different views going from superficial to deep as seen in my picture. This helps so much as I can really visualize where the muscle originates and inserts. It even has deeper quiz questions at the end of each section to quiz yourself and unlabeled views of each view. I would definitely recommend this as a supplemental study tool for any OT/PT type student.
