I periodically do the 5:2 diet and decided to do a bone broth day. I have been meaning to try bone broth because of every thing I read so I ordered the variety just to see. I did drink my 2 cups of coffee in the morning. Out of the 3 the mushroom had the best flavor then the chicken and lastly the beef. I would say the beef had the least flavor. It didn't bother me because after all they are simmering bones not meat with bones all day so that is to be expected. So to the reviewers who say they taste watered down well thats to be expected. I never felt one hunger pang when doing this for the day. I sipped all 3 containers through out the day and was very surprised I wasn't thinking about what I could be eating instead of doing this. I researched on line which bone broths were the best and its all about the list of ingredients thats on the back of the box not because it says bone broth on the front. I recommend doing that research. This brand is what its all about. I gave it 5 stars because I never felt hungry or thought about any other food while drinking this for a day.
