For the price this bottle of mushrooms has kept me alive and feeling better than other more expensive brands.....I don't know whAt it is but you get a great amount in quantity and in dosage.....plus they heal/work.....Ive tried other brands and not as great as this brand....Id chug like 15 capsules after a crazy night without having to worry about the quantity I have left($30+/90count)......the smiley face on the bottle fools me every time....letting me know how great it is....I'm on my 5th+ bottle because of the price and count and a lot of the ailments I use to suffer from have healed or disappeared. Lions mane being first ingredient heals brain and nerves. Highly recommended!!!
