From the Author
If I asked you to list the games you played as a child, or the people you've kissed, a colorful assortment of memories would surface that are unique to you. Many of us don't have the time or inclination to write our autobiography, so I created the Listography Books and listography.com to help capture all the experiences that make up your life: a sweet little time capsule. I've rediscovered many lost memories by making lists, and I'm glad I found them. Now that they're in my lists, they'll never be lost to me, and I am creating a map of my experience here on earth. The meditative process of making a list reminds us of how beautiful the details of our life are, and it can inspire us, but most importantly, it's fun!

There are around 75 different ideas for which to make lists. There are also are about 10 blank, lined pages in the back for your own ideas.
The list is endless with a plethora of interesting questions all towards music. It's a great gift mates, check it out.
I'd flipped through the book once at a local Barnes & Nobles, and only recently picked it up, simply because I couldn't stop thinking about how neat the idea was.
There are about 70 lists in here, and every list has 20 lines to give your answers on.
Things like these are excellent to fill out (possibly date your answers so you can remember when you did a particular list/answer) and come back and see if you've changed at all. In ten years, wouldn't it be fun to think "How could I possibly think that song was about me?" in regards to the list of songs you call your theme songs?
You won't be able to fill it all out immediately, which gives it more value, as you can keep returning to it out as time goes on. Unless you've met 20 rock stars already, that could be blank forever or just begging to be visited when you get the chance.
Get it for your friends, you can all compare answers! Music taste says a lot about a person, and not just rock music gets a nod. You can list your favourite rappers, and jazz songs. Your guilty pleasures in music, and best songs of the 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's. All lists are accompanied by brilliant caricatures of musicians the artist maybe liked themselves, too. Buy it if you've got some spare time every now and then, and love music!
