I have ALWAYS been touched by anything that I read that Rhonda wrote, and her book is no exception. Her book is very interesting...from the very beginning, to the very end. I bought the book very late in the evening on Sept 1st, and would have stayed up half the night reading it if I hadn't had to get my kids off to school early the next morning. As it is it took me less than 48 hours to read it. Not that that is unusual for me in a book that keeps my attention. That's probably the most important thing to me in a book I'm reading, that it's interesting enough to easily keep me reading.
But this book goes beyond interesting. This book will help people. I know that that is so what she wanted to do. It also lets us get to know someone, actually now that Rhonda has died two someones, who should not be forgotten. Rhonda...and of course her daughter Kaitlyn.
I am very glad that Rhonda wrote and published this book. It will be one of her most lasting legacies. I am in awe that she did it in about a year!
So...for all of these reasons, and at least a few more that I haven't mentioned...I can't recommend this book highly enough.
Everyone deserves to seek treatment for their health, whatever the problem is, and not be judged and branded with some stigma for life. If you need help, get it, and don't worry about what other people say. Take care of yourself........nothing or nobody is worth losing your own self. Those who love you will be supportive.
Those of you who are close-minded to the struggles of depression, please reserve your judgment until you know the facts or until, heaven forbid, you experience it yourself. Walk a mile in our shoes before you criticize.
