never confused. My Yehida is a companion book to Six Weeks to Yehida by Melissa Studdard, but can
be used independently. In Six Weeks to Yehida young Annalise goes on a journey and ends up finding
things out about herself that she didn't know existed. She grew in her journey and this journal will help
you do the same. Travel through your dreams and explore your subconscious in this unique journal
of self-discovery. Deep questions pair up with the images allowing the reader of the journal to reach a
near meditative state preparing them for an amazing journey. No matter what age a person is a spiritual
journey is a journey that is worth taking. Consider this book a guide to your Yehida.
If a powerful genie or wizard were to transform me into a child again, I think that with this book, I would soon learn how to transform myself back into an adult--assuming I wanted to. Using "My Yehidah" as a catalyst, children (of all ages!) will discover that one's imagination is infinite and that the universe itself is more accessible.
I takes you on a trip to your inner world and teaches you things about yourself that you might not have known before.
Simple creative suggestions for writing, drawing and coloring teach you to become aware of spiritual aspects of yourself.
The work with mandalas gently guide you into a meditative state and provide a foundation for a meditation practice.
As an adult, I have found this journal exciting and useful for my spiritual practice. Kids will be introduced to concepts
like meditation and lucid dreaming in a way that is natural and fun for them. The book is beautiful and will make a memorable
gift for anyone who wants a deeper spiritual experience in their life.
This delightful book awakens the art on inner reflection through story, drawing, writing, painting and more. A rich, confident imagination, the cornerstone of a creative life in any life's work, seems to be what Goethe was fostering when he declared, "When you learn to trust yourself, you'll know what to do with your life."
Let your children experience the adventure of Six Weeks in Yehidah to foster their creative expression, soul connection and joyous wonder in their emanating young lives.
