It's made up of fun activities such as coloring, word searches, and yoga stories. The activities will teach you yoga poses, breathing, and how to pay attention to what you are doing in the moment. Paying attention with curiosity and gentleness is also called being mindful. Breathing, doing poses, focusing, being mindful, relaxing and reflecting are all part of your yoga practice. Yoga is always a practice. You never finish the practice. You just keep practicing and getting to know yourself better.
The words in this book might be tricky for you. If you need help, please ask! This is made for kids ages 4-12, and younger kids can use this book with help.
This book is winter themed but can be enjoyed all year long.
