The prosaic writing does not convey a sense of spirituality to me. No doubt the dog handlers are effective and get good results but I would prefer advise on attitudes and methods of training that apply to all dogs. I do not buy into the suggestion that most breeding results in negative consequences. Imperfection and qualities of a bred dog have nature and nurture aspects. The basic problem I have is with a nazi misology that I keep seeing as I read. After visiting nazi death camps, I confess I am sensitive to issues suggesting an elitism.
