Noside has returned to ruin your day! A thick smoke lingers over the region, it must be another trick of Noside. It’s up to you to stop him before it’s too late! A Noside Story is a brand new Unlock! adventure for up to six players. With just one hour on the clock, players must work through a deck of sixty cards as a team, searching for clues, combining objects, and figuring out puzzles to escape. The free Unlock! companion app runs the timer while providing clues, giving you hints, and helping you succeed. Once the team has reached the solution and entered the correct code, they’ve escaped and the game has been won!

UNLOCK! A Noside Story is the second adventure featuring the notorious evil mastermind Noside. A mysterious smoke is covering the town, and it’s up to the players to discover the source. This adventure is a 1 out of 3 “Locks” difficulty.	UNLOCK! is a series of story-driven, cooperative, escape room-style games, where up to six players solve riddles and combine items to overcome various challenges.	Players use a free app to enter codes, solve puzzles, and receive hints. The app also works as a timer and offers thematic music and sound effects for every adventure.


Different scenes may contain hidden information. Players must examine them closely to make sure no detail is overlooked.	All gameplay is contained in a deck of cards. As players progress, they reveal more cards and delve deeper into the mystery. Nothing is destroyed while playing the game, so adventures can be attempted multiple times!	Each game in the UNLOCK! series features thematic art, from cute and cartoonish to dark and realistic. The art is more than ornamental to the game, it helps tell a unique and engaging story.

I bought this for my child who was 9. We have played it 3 times and never won it. The puzzles are just not 'easy'. Maybe if you had a lot of experience encountering these types of puzzles, it would help. As a test, I let a couple that was 24 and 37 try, and they actually made less progress than we did.

We’ve played many escape games including unlock and exit games. Most are good. Some are bad. This one is broken. We couldn’t even reverse engineer the solutions with all the cards out. This is the third unlock game that has been a bust (against 8 or so that were ok). But the frustration has is turned off from buying any more of this brand/series.

terrible clues and puzzles

The story didn't flow or make sense. Puzzles weren't logical. Even after we solved them we were left wording "how in the world...". It was difficult in that you had to tease your way through them, it was mind-numbing combinations. We were stuck for half an hour, only to realize there was an audio from the app that was supposed to play and didn't.

Have played others in the series, so we know how it's "supposed" to go and sadly this widely misses the mark.
