I enjoyed reading this book. I bought it for a scholarly project that I am working on, but I also just plain enjoyed reading it. I would like to help Dr. Sacco with the editing. I think that no one actually edited it, but that did not stop me from enjoying the book and having a great deal of respect for the points that he makes.

I really like the careful explanation at the beginning of how mysticism is really a different kind of experience and cannot be judged by the tenets of rationalism. That is a hard point to negotiate, and Dr. Sacco did it well.
