However, they are pretty long and the sleeves are pretty small. The overall fit is great. But an inch shorter on the length would be great and maybe about a quarter inch around the sleeves too for that absolutely perfect fit. If you're husky at all, don't bother. You wont like them even in the larger versions.
The only thing I can really say is that the color I got is way too washed out/light. The purple in the picture looked significantly darker and would have been perfect (-1.5 stars).
All in all, a good shirt, but you can get slightly better quality at a local store, and see the colors in person before purchasing
The real issue here is that these are all just listed as different colors but they're actually all different shirts with different fits and different sizes. They should have been different listings. For instance, I ordered the "Midnight Navy" shirt and loved it. Perfect fit, great material, sized perfectly (large - 6' 200lbs 11% bf). So I ordered the black shirt also in large. It is a very different shirt. Different material, different cut, and way differently sized (way too small).
I also ordered the army green version. It is a much thicker material and a little bit bigger. The "storm" shirt is the same as the "midnight navy" one (just a different color), but different than the other two.
So moral of the story is to not do what I did, which was to order one to see if I liked it, and then order more in a bunch of different colors once I did. The different colors are actually different shirts, and these should probably all be separate listings with separate reviews. If you read a review from someone that likes the shirt or that describes the way it fits it is unlikely that review is relevant to the actual shirt you're thinking of ordering since there are actually 40 different shirts here, not just 40 different colors.

Quite terrible that I am unable to return defective merchandise. And I DID inspect the shirt. There were no visible thread tags prior to wearing or washing.
I'm usually a size SMALL or MEDIUM depending on the brand/fit. Here are some of the better fitting shirt brands I own, and their sizes so you have some reference to how AWFUL this "Next Level" shirt fit.
Next Level 11149 = S (fits great!)
American Apparel = M (But it's 2-3" long... way past my waist/belt line)
UNIQLO = S for regular shirts, but I'll buy XS for a tight fitted undershirt to wear under tailored dress shirts.
H&M = S
Anvil = S
With that said, the best t-shirt I own is a "Legendary films - Logo T-Shirt (Charcoal)" (Google it!). It fits perfectly and has lasted years, but I'd like a backup, and some other colors without the 'Legendary' logo. The shirt is amazing, but I'd like that same brand shirt with some other designs. I asked around, and the Next Level 6210 seemed to match the material blend, "fit", and manufacturing location, so I thought I FINALLY found the brand of shirt. Boy was I wrong...
The Next Level 6210 fits like a dog's Halloween costume. The neck line is HUGE, while the short sleeves are tiny, and the torso is super tight up top in the chest area.... but flares out a bit wider in the torso. It makes no sense. Why would a t-shirt have such a wide neck opening then have baby sized sleeves? I almost feel like this is a defective shirt because of how comically it fits... or doesn't fit for that matter.
I rolled the die on a $6 shirt.... and I lost.
