The Cambridge NASB Clarion Reference Edition presents the text in paragraphs in a single-column format. This Bible is printed on India paper with art-gilt edges, and Smyth-sewn, for flexibility and endurance. It is sumptuously bound in black goatskin leather, edge-lined for extra suppleness.

The goatskin is supple, allowing the bible to lay open flat. And without any break-in time, from Genesis to Revelation. This is due in part to the binding being stitched, rather than glued. I find this a plus, as its makes studying at a desk easier. I don't have to hold the bible open as I read.
I am amazed at just how readable the print is in this bible. The words do not show thru from the other side of the page, and the print is large enough to be comfortable to the eye. I also notice that the spacing between the lines is enough that the whole thing doesn't run together. I normally wear reading glasses, but find the lettering to be clear enough to read without them.
I wasn't sure about the single column format before I ordered it. But, after reading this format for a few weeks, I find that I actually prefer it.
I like the size of this bible very much. It fits in the hand well, and has a nice weight to it. The look of it makes you want to pick it up and read it.
I also own a Cambridge Pitt Minion Goatskin bible. Though nice, it doesn't compare to this bible. This one is so much more readable. Buy it!
