We use this camera so our employees in the back of the office can keep an eye on the front of the office when there are no staff at the front. Setting up was not too hard - plug the device into the network (or into your router) using the Cat5 cable supplied, then confirm and configure the camera to go wireless onto your WAN (wifi password, WPA or WPA2 and so on). That all worked pretty well. The unit and manual are made in China so the English is a bit confusing.

Image quality is pretty good, but the camera won't capture a subject in a lot of detail if there's bright windows behind it, unless there is a LOT of interior light cast on the subject.

I have only found one iOS app that works (and it's poor) with the camera, but through Internet Explorer on a computer it works well.

PS: note that this camera has a manual focus - there's a ring around the lens that twists to allow fine tuning of the focus. Our camera was a wee bit out when we got it.

Update: after using the camera for several weeks, there's one limitation to note. If you do use a SD card to record images, it really makes an impact on the live view capabilities. As soon as you insert an SD card, the camera begins writing to the card, and the camera's limited computing resources means that the live view then becomes REALLY flaky.
