I was very much pleased with the condition of the RED Demoman. And in case you're wondering, yes, there is the little piece of paper with a smiley face on him. He also comes with all of his default weapons: grenade launcher, sticky bomb launcher, and his bottle.

I was lucky to have even FIND the RED version and at a reasonable price for $30 considering that these figures are a limited run.

You do have to be a bit careful when switching out his hands. I have found this to be a problem with NECA figures in general.

Cool figure, but no right hand.

This was a very cool action figure, but there is one problem. When I received it in the mail and opened it, the figure had two of the same hand. Instead of getting a hand that allows it to hold a gun, it got an extra hand that holds the bottle. I was sad because the demoman could not properly hold it's grenade launcher or sticky bomb launcher. The extra hand did not even have a bottle. I looks pretty silly because he has to have 2 left hands. I contacted Neca with their email, but they never responded. I bought this item Several months ago.

I was very excited to get this after it was announced, but when it finally came in the Demo man was missing the front flap that covers his crotch. I returned it and haven't replaced it yet. There are also several spots where the paint has rubbed of on different areas of the body and the joints are very stiff. I was going to pose him and place him on my desk, so that wasn't as big of a deal. However, you will need to get a base or stand if you expect him to stay standing if something bumps your desk.

OK, so the figure itself is VERY nice and detailed but it may come with some disfunctions - for me it were not posable and bendable elbows. However little heating with hair dryer did the thing - the stitches were just glued too much. But despite that fact it deserves 5 stars

This is the first of the 2 available I've bought (I'm totally going to collect the whole set) and it's pretty nice quality. It can't really stand on it's own given the fact it's an action figure. I like how he even has the lil' smiley face taped under his crotch-pad for a nice taunt!
