I bought this to use with a solar panel to make a solar USB charger. I have tried both batteries (multiple types and quantities) and a solar panel. I cannot get the 5 amps this was supposed to provide. I have managed to get an output of around 3 amps. I can't seem to get any higher no matter what I do.
