I tried installing in a new build, but without Ethernet connection. The installation requires latest Intel .Net services and tries to download these, but alas there is no Internet connection. I downloaded and burned a disk on a separate machine with the Intel .Net files, but still could not get these to install without an Internet connection on the machine I was building.

Finally, when I did install the latest Win 10 Pro, the required Intel .Net services were present so the O/S detected and installed the board. The USB connection is needed for Bluetooth and it will require a USB2 port on the motherboard. It installs fine without an Internet connection. Once configured, the WiFi works just fine.
