However, the reason for the four star comes from the bottles lack of structural integrity. I dropped it like a klutz while in the shower one day and the cap broke off. However, the nozzle on the cap got clogged with the excess plastic from the lid making it virtually impossible to getting anything out of it. I now have to forcibly take off the entire cap each time I want to use it. Not a whole lot Nivea can do about this so I'm not complaining. I suppose they could make the bottle slightly more durable for likely falls in the shower.

The product its self is fairly good and provides a deep clean. I'm a young man who is still producing a lot of face oils so this stuff is much needed for me.
