Great water bottle just for any day but most useful in the gym due to the mist cap. It combines mist and regular drinking point in one cap. It is very easy to clean it as it separates exactly into 2 pieces,, the cap with the mist tube attached to it and the bottle. I used to buy other brand and they break into multiple pieces that it becomes tedious to put the bottle back after dishwasher. Very easy to clean and use and drink from. Holds just enough water until you want ot walk and get cool water refilled in it again. Overall very nice, very pleased with my purchase and delivery!
