I ALWAYS purity test essential oils before using them. So I tested this oil ASAP before using it, especially since I was planning on using it on my skin.Included with this review are pictures of the test. A drop of each oil was placed on a sheet of paper and a hair dryer was used to evaporate the oil. I did this two times for each oil. Pure orange essential oil from "Now" evaporates completely from the paper leaving no stain while the Cliganic brand left a light stain. Ethereal Nature 100% Pure Tea Tree Oil did not leave a stain, indicating it was pure. NOW was clearly a pure EO and I felt comfortable using it in my skin care.The bottle is amber with no eye dropper. The EO dropped fine with an old dropper I had.I added this orange EO to almond oil to make a skin oil for after showering. It smells clean and fresh, better than most artificially fragranced lotions. My skin looks fresh and dewy.I do not diffuse some oils because I have cats and the jury is still out about which oils are safe around cats if diffused. I stick with lemongrass and orange oil for being diffused because most sources state these oils are safe for cats. This smelled really nice in my diffuser with a drop of lemongrass, just because :-)Hope you found this review, and pictures, helpful!

I do not diffuse some oils because I have cats and the jury is still out about which oils are safe around cats if diffused. I stick with lemongrass and orange oil for being diffused because most sources state these oils are safe for cats. This smelled really nice in my diffuser with a drop of lemongrass, just because :-)

I purchased this to use with some of my homemade soap. Different soap bases, fats, end up smelling a little bit different when essential oils are used. I decided to start with a smaller amount of oil with a small amount of soap. After the soap set, I cut it apart and smelled it. It was very subtle yet very pleasant. I increased the amount of oil for the next batch and it was much more pleasant. It did slightly change the color palate of my soap, but because I make natural soap and use natural soap dyes, I adjusted my colorants to make the soap the color I liked.
It was easy to pour, and the cap was welled secured. But it wasn't hard to open and the label is very clear and it is easy to read and I can tell which oil I have when I pick it up. The brown bottle keeps the ultra violet light out from the sun so the oil stays fresher longer. Over all I am pleased with this essential oil and the quality for soap making. Because of the saponification process, some soaps need a little more essential oils. It also arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. This is a good quality product to use and most people that use essential oils for common uses will like it too, but that is my opinion. But I feel like you can't do wrong with price and quality.
