I always keep geranium essential oil on hand at home. I use a few drops in my bath water and I add some drops to a carrier oil to rub down with after bathing. My skin loves it. I always pair geranium with a citrus essential oil like lemon, orange, tangerine, lime, or bergamot. The flower essences just pairs so beautifully with a citrus. Also it pairs very well with any other flower essential oils. My favorite is to pair it with lavendar and/or neroli. I recommend this with any flower or citrus essential oil or rock it alone. I get compliments everyday on how good I smell. And the scent last all day long. This compliments do many essential oils so have fun playing around with the many combinations until you get a fragrance you love.

ESSENTIAL OILS TO THE RESCUE! Geranium, Cedar Wood, Cypress, Clary Sage w/coconut oil put out the skin-fire!
7 Months of Allergy Clinic & 5 Ultra-Failure prescriptions later, from airborne 'Fragrance' allergy rash/burn(looked and felt like I face-planted into gassed & lit hornets' nest) BTW 4 of the VA Allergy Clinic's 5 prescriptions contained 'Fragrance' in quantities small enough to not require listing, but too large for me to endure; more gas on the fire. To be perfectly fair, fragrance allergy is bad enough hospital staff sent me into anaphylactic shock coma, post spinal surgery.
ESSENTIAL OILS TO THE RESCUE! Wow! I didn't think, had oils here but, trusted doctors.
BTW, when you think 'Fragrance' toxic and carcinogenic, think DDT. 'Fragrance' is precise molecule used as adjuvant to supercharge DDT(banned pesticide that decimated western US salmon streams, killed off bald eagles & other raptors, thanks to the 'adjuvant' (fragrance) in concentrations as small as 3ppb, yes, 3 parts per billion: DEADLY to fisheries and rookeries. Unfortunately, I am the canary in the 'fragrance mine.'

I make my own body spritz and perfume and I wanted to try making my spritz with Jasmine because of the wonderful aroma. It was nice, but, it was missing something..if you know about Jasmine do, a little goes a long way because it is more of a medium note oil which can be blended with other oils but, Jasmine can overpower some eo's even when just using a few drops.
So, with that being said, geranium, was a perfect compliment because when blending the two, I had to experiment a little to get the right balance. I was very satisfied with the result and when I used my new spritz combo for the first time, I knew I would definitely make this again when I run out. Geranium uplifts and compliments the aroma of other oils, and definitely lightens your mood once you smell it. I received so many compliments on the fragrance so I will definitely purchase more to try with other oils.

Wow! Exceptional geranium EO. To those posting negative reviews, I'd venture to guess you're not purchasing from a reliable seller, or you're not familiar with the nature of geranium essential oil. It's a very potent fragrance, a little goes a long way. Used too generously, it could easily make one a bit queasy or bring on a headache. It's not for those who can't stomach strong floral notes.

I think NOW might be my new favorite oil vendor - after trying this one, I'm sold! Can't wait to try blending it with other EOs & using it in my CP soap!

I do not have another brand to compare this oil to which is why I limit it to 4 stars, but I enjoy the scent of this NOW Food Geranium Essential Oil. I use it for aromatherapy and topical applications. I do use it in my on EO facial blend and it is very nice. I have purchased many other NOW Essential Oils and they are all comparable to the big pyramid brands in quality without the big price.

I purchased this product to use on my face and neck to combat redness from rosacea. It has a very strong smell, so you need to mix it with a more pleasant smelling oil before using it. It seemed to do it's job at combatting redness, but it was a bit of a process to mix it each morning before use. With the morning regimen I have which includes taking a gazillion supplements for other health issues, this was one thing I could cut back on. But that's due to my preference, not because there is a problem with the product.
