Good priced lycopene made from the standard LYC-O-MATO which is basically the one source of it

Contains the standard source of LYC-O-MATO (the source used in most studies). I take this with Olive Oil cap and also a tablespoon of Abgelina's Gourmet Tomato Powder (dehydrated tomatios) in a half glass of water to re-hydrate once and two other times during the day with food that has some fat content or I add another Olive oil.. I do this based on research I read that had me put this combination together for prostate health.

Most if not all Lycopene is derived from the same one source, one company, LycoRed located in Israel. That probably accounts for the price of Lycopene as there is really only one source to get it and that has been used in studies. This brand was a good price and being made from LYC-O-MATO is the same stuff as more expensive brands.

I add the Tomato powder re-hydrated because no one knows why, but it improves the results of Lycopene alone.

Good supplement and a great value. It uses a proprietary concentration of tomato to achieve the 10mg dosage of Lycopene. I cracked one open and indeed, it looks to be a heavily concentrated tomato paste inside.

Lycopene is one of the only supplements that has been peer reviewed to increase sperm quality and quantity. For those who are trying to improve fertility I can share my supplement routine which had an immediate impact on my own fertility. Lycopene (10mg), NAC (600mg), CoQ10 (300mg), multivitamin containing at least 200 mcg of Selenium (I used the Rainbow Light - Men's One).

Lycopene is one of the supplements I take for the natural control of my high blood pressure. It's easy to find here on Amazon under a number of labels. These 10mg soft gels are a good deal from Now Foods, a brand I have used and trusted in the past. (I currently use their Mood Support and CoQ10 as well). Lycopene is a strong antioxidant and valued for its support of the cardiovascular system, and a good supplement for anyone to take, even if you don't have a blood pressure problem. This is very reasonably priced, always fresh, and a trusted brand that I highly recommend... : )

Science says it works but we're still testing

I got this for my Mother who's trying to lower her extremely high blood pressure. Recent medical studies show that lycopene can have a significant effect on blood pressure. In my Mother's case, her highly-variable mood and anxiety levels make judging the effectiveness impossible, though. Her blood pressure has come down quite a bit, but it still bounces back to the former quite often. I trust the studies, and I've never had problems with Now products, so I would easily suggest that anyone with high BP problems try this product. It can't hurt you cuz after all, it's tomatoes!
