Directions

Healthier kidneys

This is my personal anecdotal success story with Quercetin. I have compromised kidney function, developed after harsh chemo treatments 13 years ago. At one point, my kidney function had dropped to a stage 3 level of kidney disease. I was told to start taking Quercetin. I take only 2 capsules daily, early in the morning, on an empty stomach. After using it daily for over a year, my doctor ordered another renal panel lab test. My kidney function has stabilized and is in the “acceptable” range, and for the first time in years, the creatinine level in my blood actually decreased. I also wonder if taking Quercetin regularly kept me safe from the covid virus. I never really withdrew entirely from “normal life.” I continued to hang out with my children and grandchildren, and with friends, and I have not contracted covid...KNOCK ON WOOD (as my mom always said, while knocking on my head! 😂).

The max suggested dosage of Quercetin is 500mg/day. These capsules are 800mg each, and per the bottle: "Take 2 capsules 20 minutes before meals, twice daily", which is 3200mg/day. Decided to give the 3200mg/day a try for a week, and all my aches went away, but at what cost? Long term use of Quercetin at this high a dosage is possibly tied to permanent kidney damage - will keep my kidneys, and suffer a bit with sore joints and tendons instead. Would like to see others post regarding the suggested max dosage vs this manufactures dosage and what problems, if any, people have had.

I have increasing painful arthritis in my hands. I've tried other herbal treatments, in addition to NSAIDs. After reading an article on hydroxychloroquine, the author recommended Quercetin + Bromelain, Tumeric capsules.

Without much hope, I tried Quercetin. Within a week, I could actually make a fist with both hands and am back to needlepoint. I have had no side-effects!

My second order was another Quercetin vendor and it is not nearly as effective!

QuercetinBromelain is a part of my customized vitamin-mineral-amino acid regimen to rebuild my Mom's body after she almost died from multiple drug toxicity. Her body was so poisoned by the multiple medications given to her over the years, some of which she was on for 20 years or more. She nearly died 5 times, and became so ill she could not do anything. We are rebuilding her health with such things as magnesium, potassium, L-Arginine and other amino acids, and vitamins
We also found that Quercetin/Bromelain is the basis for most of the natural allergy treatments that work. My Mom takes 2 capsules twice a day and has seen marked improvement with her allergies. If the allergies hit, she takes 2 more for instant relief.
