I have used NOW brand for several years since working in a health food store and find them reliable and I trust their quality. The Ubiquinol 100mg makes me feel more alert and energy. I take as recommended by my Dr. to offset some side affects from a statin I take. Read up about Ubiquinol and it explains the white to yellow change is normal when exposed to oxygen. My gel caps have never arrived stuck together.

An Important Supplement for Your Overall Health!

My Cardiologist and Endocrinologist both had advised that I should start taking either a CoQ10 or Ubiquinol supplement. However, it was strongly suggested that it would better if I could take Ubiquinol — I was told that it’s the already broken down form of CoQ10 and you don’t have to worry about if your body will do it properly. After my doctors had ran some labs on me, It was found that some of my important levels were not terrible, but a bit low. I'm in my mid-years, and I used to be a very active person outside. But, as my life had changed over the years, I find myself spending more time inside now. As being as such, it wasn’t surprising to learn that some of my levels had begun to suffer. As directed by my doctor, I started taking a Ubiquinol Supplement daily — NOW brand softgels. After about a month, low and behold, I was starting to feel better than I had in a really long time. I stated to have more energy, I wasn't falling asleep during the day anymore, and I was able to do my daily exercises with a bit more ease. I was told it's going to take a while to get things back to normal, but I can definitely tell its working. Ubiquinol tends to help your body with your cardiovascular system, brain health and energy productivity, immune health and overall body health. The NOW brand Ubiquinol Supplement seems to be offered at a similar or better price as most others on the market. However, Ubiquinol can a bit pricey compared to regular CoQ10, so discussing it with your doctor can be beneficial to your needs. This is a great supplement that is easy to swallow by mouth, however, it can be a bit large for some. Always ask your doctor before deciding to start or stop any type of supplement regimen. Listening to my doctors about needing to take specific supplements has really turned my life around.

making a difference in legs after 4 years off of statin drugs. Statin drugs caused legs to become very weak and doctors, PT's had no solutions as exercises were not strengthening legs back to normal. NOW brand Ubiquinol form of CoQ10 is making a difference even at 100mg, one time per day. NOW, please continue to offer this quality product (don't change the ingredients).

All capsules are sticking together at the bottom of the bottle as a single lump. I am having a hard time retrieving the capsules for consumption. This is the third time I am buying this product.
