I LOVE the NPR One app on my iPhone, but linking my account to the Alexa skill DOES NOT WORK. Every time I attempt to sign in with Email/Password, the page reloads and linking does not occur.

Used to work just fine, not it won't let me use the basic function, it just keeps saying it can't connect right now. And then is always unlinking. But if I ask for a hourly update it seems to work... Very irritating. I was always using npr one before this still works fine on my phone though.

I like the idea of this skill and enjoy NPR but Alexa asks me to relink my account each time I try to use it. I have given up on this particular skill and just ask for my local npr station through the the TuneIn skill.

Every few times I try to use this skill Alexa asks me to re-link my acct. The link that gets sent to my echo app doesn't always work. I put a lot of time into trying to use this skill because Alexa won't play the NPR Up First podcast no matter how I ask without going through the NPR one app. I'm still only able to play this podcast through my echo about 50% of the time, even when I put a lot of work into it.

Alexa parsed "ask NPR one to play wow in the world" and the first time I got the news, the next time a list of available podcasts.

I too find that each time I ask Alexa to play NPR1 "she" says that I must link my account. I've done this several times in the past and it's pretty annoying and time wasting. Have you addressed this issue in your FAQ's? If so, I don't see it.

I am an avid NPR One listener and for the first few days this skill worked fine. For the last two days it will play one story and then shut down instead of maintaining the audio flow. If I want another story I have to keep asking Alexa to open the skill. Very annoying. I have tried disabling, enabling, and relinking my account. The problem persists. Developer, please attend to this.

It seems every other time I try to use the skill it, requires me to go to the app and link my account. The very opposite of hands free!! Please fix this.
