Directions

Remove protective cap. With head held upright, insert spray nozzle into nostril. Adults, depress pump completely 1-2 times. Sniff deeply. Repeat up to 3 times daily. Wipe nozzle clean after each use. Use only as directed. WARNING: Do not put into eyes, mouth, or ears. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your physician. Do not share dispenser. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. This product is AMAZING when added to a healthy sinus routine

I LOVE THIS STUFF. I was so incredibly thrilled reading how many people have been helped by this. I have been suffering from chronic sinus troubles since 2014 and have been through the ringer with antibiotics or being told it's just allergies. It seems like weekly I get a migraine located right between my eyes. I have constant post-nasal drip and lately have started smelling an infection INSIDE my nose. That was the final straw.

Here is my routine that I hope helps others rid themselves of what I also think is Candida:

-7:30AM: Sniff steam from hot water mixed with Tea Tree and Eucalyptus Essential Oil
-8:30AM: Take 1 capsule of Oregano Oil (natural candida fighter- taken between meals)
-9AM: 1 sniff per nostril of this Nutribiotic Nasal Spray
-5PM: Take 1 capsule of Oregano Oil
-7PM: Take probiotic with meal (misconception that it should be on empty stomach)
-9PM: Neti pot sinus flush with salt and a sinus oil blend that also includes Grapefruit Seed Extract

^ I have only been serious about this regiment for a week, but I already feel so much better. I know that it's working. On top of all that drinking a lot of water and getting good sleep have been crucial. Try your best to avoid sugar/processed food which feeds the Candida (yum, right?) and you'll be on your way to ACTUALLY feeling better.

PERMANENT CURE FOR 25 YEARS OF SINUSITIS/CHRONIC SINUS& EAR INFECTION. I bought this on a whim... browsing Amazon with insomnia one night 6 months ago. I didn't even think it would do much but what could it hurt? IT IS INCREDIBLE! I've been completely cured for 6 months! NOTHING has ever done that. The first few days I used it I felt a burning sensation (not bad but just itchy) all the way up to my skull. It wasn't painful but it was obvious that this was doing something. This is the best nasal spray I have ever used! I have used others with Xylitol and herbs, but this one is the only one that helped me to breath when I could not. This will be a keeper for allergy and sinus seasonal times to keep the sinus clean.

Wow! I have swollen nasal turbinates and I just recently purchased a nasal spray that shrinks turbinates but that product has an ingredient that if used for more than 3 days, your nasal tissues can die. I don’t want that so I searched for natural nasal spray. I’ve been using this product for two days now and I gotta say that this product is taking care of my nasal passages. I always get headaches and the area right above my eyebrows and right below my eyes feel full and painful when pressed. The relief that this gives me is nothing I’ve experienced before. It’s safe for everyday use which is pretty good. I believe that using this product, coupled with clean eating and juicing vegetables and staying away from dairy products will shrink my turbinates eventually. I’m a very happy customer.
