I convinced my family to feed their dog this same brand without much effort because they’ve seen how my dog’s die greatly affects how they are. Nutro Ultra is the 💩, take a big whiff!

Toxic to dogs

TOXIC - DO NOT BUY - This food was okay for a while but this last batch has done a number on my dogs. One dog was on puppy food until she was older than a year so we only recently tried her on this for a few days before she was terribly sick. Our older dog has gone through a couple bags of this food, but this last one had her sick from both ends - our vet thinks it’s a chicken allergy (sudden onset) but she’s had other chicken items without issue - regardless, we changed her food and she’s been better since. The younger dog finished her puppy food and was transitioning to this food - only after a couple days, she was unable to keep food down or from going through her (pretty much the same reaction as the older dog). We immediately switched her food and she’s been much better since. Still some lingering symptoms, but so much better without this food. DO NOT BUY!

I didn't want corn or other fillers and I didn't want soy or meat meals. I wanted solid meats as the first ingredients. I have a 32lb adult dog and wanted an adult dog food that had the proper ingredients in it and didn't have fillers, soy, or meat meals instead of full meats in it. I spent a full week choosing this food and my pup loves it. A 30lb bag is about $60/bag, at 1 1/3 cups a day, it lasts about 6 months, not a bad price. It's the healthiest dog food I've been able to find and is recommended by my vets office.

I didn't fill in the flavor option above for the food, as I've never tasted it. Pup seems to like it just fine...
