I had never used blotting paper of any kind before. It sounded like a good idea. Maybe I just bought the wrong brand and there are better ones out there but.....I was not impressed with these. They are very small so it takes several to do my face once. And even then it doesn't help that much. I could do just as good a job with a tissue. Live and learn, I guess. At least they weren't very expensive.

Not worth it. It's basically just wax paper as others have said. It's hard to get just one piece out since they tend to stick together a bit and you end up grabbing 2 or 3. Although you do often end up needing to use more than one since they don't absorb that much. If you need something like this, try the ones by clean and clear

They get the oil off but it does take like 3 sheets to get all of the excess oil off. And they are pretty thin. If you have really oily skin then I would recommend a different brand and thicker and bigger sheets

I like these blotting papers a lot - they aren't the powdered type, which is good because I find that adding powder to my skin when it's oily just causes caking after a while. These are very thin, which means they're easy to press to the curves of your face, but also very absorbent, so they blot very effectively. My favourite thing about them is that they lift away any oil from my t-zone and take away shine but somehow don't lift or disturb my foundation, so I can just blot away oil and freshen up my makeup without even having to add any extra product. They weigh almost nothing and the package is barely thicker than a couple of credit cards so they're incredibly easy to pop into a handbag, makeup bag or pocket when you're on the go. Like most Nyx products, they perform really well for the excellent price.

My only issue with them is the way they're packaged; they're fiddly to remove from the little wallet and you tend to end up taking out several at a time by mistake, which is wasteful. But they're not expensive so it's not a major problem.

Ive had oily skin for years, seen dermatoligists about it, constantly researching if theres anything that can solve my problem. Thought i would try these out instead my normal clean and clear oil absorbing sheets and was a waste of money. NYX are super bad, took them out one day and threw them away, did nothing at all. i highly rate clean and clear, they are blue, a smaller version of the mac ones. Bobby brown ones are also very bad and similar paper to NYX. used to shieshedu which had some talc on them, they were effective but very expensive and changed ur make up and made u look pale/off coloured....... pleeease follow my advice and dont waste ur pennies xxx
