About the Author
Maz Valcorza traded in her career in pharmaceuticals for a chance to open Sydney's first cafe specialising in organic, plant-based living foods and wholefoods. Maz describes herself as an avid yoga, raw food and Star Wars enthusiast. She completed yoga teacher training at Samadhi Yoga in 2011 and currently practises Ashtanga Yoga. Maz originally began blogging recipes of the dishes she would make for herself while still working in the pharmaceutical industry. She couldn't believe how easy and simple it was to eat well and feel good and she wanted to share it with anyone who would listen. She opened Sadhana Kitchen, Sydney's first organic, raw, vegan, raw food and wholefoods cafe, in April 2012.
