Let me start by saying this is the perfect cap! It is much better than the original which failed after 20 years. I’m very impressed by the fit, sheerness, dynamics and easy installation of the cap. It’s threads fits my old crusty Nalgene bottle perfectly. This new lid is performing great and holds water nice and tight. I can’t believe all of the comments I’ve been getting on it!!! “ hey creep, nice new water bottle replacement lid”. Of course there are many more compliments ( that’s just one of my favorites) I’d highly recommend this product to anyone in dire need of a replacement. The hoop that goes around the bottle is too big. Lid falls off.
