Nancy Sander served as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois, USA. Beginning in 1990, she dedicated her career to helping children, parents, families, and single adults within the 'not-for-profit' sector in a variety of settings. Her finest affiliation was with the Gateway Foundation supervising other clinicians serving in the Lake Villa Adolescent Facility.
Ms. Sander has supported people through life changes, dealing with trauma, foster care, criminal justice, addiction, family intervention, family and couples counseling, and more. Because of these and other experiences, she is focusing her attention on the support of the parents.
Ms. Sander believes that all parents can discover new and more successful parenting solutions for their whole family with a minimum of stress. Just a few pointers, a heads-up to the pitfalls to avoid, with some mentoring thrown in, and parents will be on their way to efficient parenting solutions.
