I was looking for a backpack camera carry solution that could double as my EDC pack, this is not it for me./ It's an amazing camera bag though. They have thought of everything you might need for carrying a couple of cameras and lenses. The various pockets hold a lot of extraneous items.
30l is a huge bag, massive. I should have gone for the 18l.
This bag is well built and sturdy and comfortable. The straps are close to the right place for my shoulders. I'm a short person and this bag is huge on me but doesn't look out of place.
If you are looking for a camera bag that can carry a DSLR and an M43rd at the same time plus lenses, this will do it, and then some. the dividers are easy to move around and configure. the elastic bands let me strap things in that might flop around.

On the fence about this photography backpack
This backpack has a lot of good qualities, but it's not going to work as my main bag. This bag is actually way smaller than I anticipated when I ordered (30L). I am unable to fit all of my travel gear in this bag such as my flash & a filter kit.It is made well with a some good features such as handles on the top and back, so you can lift it easily. The backpack straps are thick, but then get thinner near the point where they are sewn in to the backpack. Due to the weight of the bag when loaded with gear, I am concerned the thin straps may tear away from the bag after use, but that has not happened yet, so time will tell.The zippers are designed to be water resistant to keep moisture & dust out, and it also comes with a rainfly to cover the bag in case you need it. I do like the inserts that come with the bag. The triangle design makes them easier to maneuver and move around where you need them. They also stay in place better than the regular dividers you see in most bags.There is a larger top pocket for additional accessories such as filters, a small light panel, or whatever else you need to carry with you. You can also access your camera using the side zipper access if you choose. I also like the small zipper pockets on the straps that go around your waist. Nice to have extra storage.I didn't feel the straps were very comfortable on my shoulders while carrying the bag as they cut into the area on the front of my shoulder near the joint. Tried adjusting but couldn't get completely comfy carrying the bag.It's a nice bag, it will hold a lot of gear depending on your needs and have several cool features. The price at the time I ordered was $300, but it is now priced at $225 which is more in line with competitors.

It is made well with a some good features such as handles on the top and back, so you can lift it easily. The backpack straps are thick, but then get thinner near the point where they are sewn in to the backpack. Imagine having the option of traveling with 2 COMPLETE camera set ups and HAVING MORE ROOM for an extra pair of shoes and change of clothes! The 35L checks every box for that!

We've been using NANUK hard cases for years to protect our camera gear and we've never had a single issue. When NANUK launched their new backpacks, we were so excited. We ordered a 30L and a 35L to work as our mobile gear carrying solution and they have been perfect. A few weddings down, a large parade in NYC, and a few vehicle shoots and we've got no complaints so far. The bags look great, function well, and have more than enough capacity to carry our camera gear safety.
