not like living with unhappiness.
The first chapter demonstrates in east to understand lanquage how simply one can slip into negativity and how easy it is to start changing the way I think. I have filled the pages with notes and copied several positive statements which I carry loose in my purse.
That way they are very accessable and sometimes just seeing them reminds me to listen to my thoughts even without reading the statements again.
I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to know how life really works.
