Received this grill when promised and unfortunately it came damaged by trucking company. I refused delivery and contacted amazon right away via computer then phone. They were awesome and took care of my problem right a way and had me a new grill delivered within 4 days, quicker than my original order. The grill took some time to put together but is study and nice quality of stainless steel. Love the side trays large and drop trays hold cans and sauces. My only complaint is the knob for the back infra red burner should be off by itself on the Right side instead of next to the left burner knob. I keep turning it on for the center burner instead of the center burner knob which is right next to it. It just takes a little getting used to. Great grill

I have had grill 4 yrs . I bought it for the quality aspect. I don't want to replace cheap grills every year. The stainless steel grating is a very superior selling point. It's the best I have seen. I wished the searing grate was stainless also it is a cast , it been 4 yrs and it still I'm good shape. The only problem I have had was thermostat got over ranged and stuck. I ordered part and received this week. I buy same grill again

I lone this grill! It arrived just as promised, the delivery was right top my backyard. It only took me about 3.5 hours to put together and I grilled hamburgers that night.

It is solidly built large cooking space, room under grill for storage, plenty of room on either side of grill for placing dishes while cooking. I grill slot, and have already used it many times. It should last a long time. I pursued the rotisserie and the grill cover. The rotisserie came with a nice grill light and I easily fit two chickens on it. The cover keeps my grill looking new!

I did ALOT of research before purchasing this grill. I finally decided to go with this one over comparable Webers because of the infrared burner and the build quality that I've seen on some of the higher end Napoleons.

While putting this grill together was far easier than I expected, there were a couple things that really bothered me. 1. While the material and metal is definitely of quality, some of the holes were not properly tapped which led to one of the side trays only being held by a few screws where the holes were properly tapped. 2. The doors over the under carriage storage are nice to look at, but the way they are mounted is flimsy at best. 3. In heavy use, the backside of the hood will get discolored. I haven't tried to clean it yet, as it is near ventilation, and obviously no grill should be in pristine condition after moderate use, but it surprised me when I saw it. I've had many grills, and never had one that had done that before.

Despite all the above, the grill does it's job well. It gets hot, it gets hot fast, and there is no doubt that it is meant to endure heavy and regular use. It takes some getting used to when the grill really gets going, I found myself surprised and a little intimidated at just how intense the heat from this grill would get.

I would recommend the Napoleon if it wasn't for the couple concerns I had while putting the grill together. I may have been an exception, but given the amount of money that these grills cost, you expect the top of the line. While using the grill, I kept feeling underwhelmed and often worried that I might have overpaid. My hope is that this grill will last for a long time, and maybe makeup for it's shortcomings with longevity.

What can I say. Just about 2 years into ownership and I already replaced the burners, the knobs and the gaz switch panel (what ever the part is called). The igniters works 10% of the times at best and tonight, the regulators collar just broke at the base (you can't connect a propane tank without it). Not to mention that the drip pan design is requiring to move the grill around to remove and clean it. Their claim to fame: it heats up quickly! They should add: it breaks down quickly as well!!! It already spent over $100 in replacement parts which offsets any savings I was going for. Did I also mention that the igniter is working so badly that my wife burned her arm hair twice when starting the grill?

Maybe Napoleon's higher product line is worthed. The Mirage line is exactly what the name means! And for the price, you are pennies away from affording a real qualit grill: Weber. That's what I am going for tomorrow (as in the day after today).

Additional regret: you can't give a minus star to your rating. That I do not write reviews often (this may be the third...) should be telling of my feelings about the quality of this product.
