So easy to use and maintain. The charge lasts forever! I was using manual nasal irrigation bottles before. The different pulse modes and soft tip work extremely well and allow me to do this every day as part of my routine . Size wise it’s not much larger than a typical toothbrush so would be easy to travel with if needed
