--> Appears to be well-constructed as I have seen no tears or frays as of yet, and this guy suffers a lot of abuse being jostled about in my gym bag--Not to mention that I take my iPod out and put it back in this unit near-daily and it is holding up fine
--> Strong Velcro keeps your iPod where you want it on your arm--Even while jogging, this little bugger stays put
--> Enough Velcro strap is provided for a wide range of arm sizes--I have relatively thin arms and, although I must adjust the Velcro strap to the very end of the line, this fits me fine
--> A relative cinch to modulate the volume through the plastic cover--It may take a few rolls of the iPod face dial through the plastic to get the volume to respond (which can be a pain when you're trying to keep a steady pace on a treadmill or elliptical) but you'll eventually figure out how much pressure is needed after a few tries and will then need fewer attempts to get the volume up or down
