You now get three lights in one spur (red, green and blue), and three lighting options (steady, flash, and fast flash). I prefer the red neon and steady.
One thing to note, you have to be mindful that you are wearing them. Otherwise, if one slips off, you won't notice it. They also fit different shoes differently. I have no issues with slippage with my interval running shoes, but with my recovery shoes (which are wider at the heel), they pop off over time. I took to wearing them around the shoelaces to solve that problem.
All in all, the light spur is one of the coolest running accessories out there. The glow from them makes you feel as if you're gliding. They are the only lights I wear whilst running in the dark. And the only ones I need.
