I bought this one after the regular Native Union Weighted Charging Cables weren’t working after a few months of use. They all eventually stopped working for whatever reason (charger would go on and off and not charge properly, etc;) so I’ve found myself having to buy new ones and that’s been an annoyance because i REALLY loveeee these chargers dude! I was skeptical about the MagSafe and wasn’t sure if it was any good, but it seems to be holding up pretty nicely. I’ve loved that these chargers are 10ft. The phone does get a lil warm but i think that’s just normal with the charging magnetetic feature on the iPhones. You do have to buy a different USB-C thing so be aware of that when you purchase this because it’s not the regular USB version. I kind of prefer it and like it better. It charges nicley and it’s nice to not have a cord at the bottom of your phone. It doesn’t work with non-MagSafe cases so I’ll have to buy a MagSafe case for it but all in all, no complaints so far. I’ll update if anything changes :)

Great at first but breaks randomly
This charger was great when I first got it. Nice and long and charges easily. Unfortunately after less than 6 months it started charging a little slower and occasionally being plugged in and “charging” for hours only to see that it ended up charging like 2% in 4+ hours. It’s not my phone because other MagSafe chargers, wireless, and normal wired chargers all work fine yet this one now rarely works at all. I wish I could get a replacement since it worked great at first, but I wouldn’t pay $40+ again for it to possibly break in another 6 months.

✅ Un long cordon décent de 2m et non un malheureux petit mètre.
✅ Un cordon tressé résistant aux pliures et non pas le caoutchouc Apple qui s'effrite au bout de 2 ans.
✅ Un coloris NOIR beaucoup moins salissant que le blanc.
Mais ce chargeur a d'autres qualités supplémentaires :
✅ Une fixation en simili-cuir pour le rangement (ou raccourcir le cordon si nécessaire). Sympa le système comme une ceinture à ardillon, plutôt que l'éternel scratch
✅ La bobine est EXTRA PLATE !! Autant que celui d'Apple et au moins 3x plus slim que celui de Belkin. Et c'était un critère primordiale pour moi
✅ Le prix, bien qu'élevé, reste quand même assez bien placé par rapport à la concurrence
❌ Le seul point que je n'aime pas est le côté blanc (je croyais initialement à une pastille autocollante de protection) côté recto. J'aurais préféré la même chose en noir tant qu'à faire. Mais bon, c'est un détail. Au moins on sait instantanément quel est le côté à présenter au dos de l'iPhone.
⚠️ L'autre point négatif à mentionner, mais qui n'est pas du tout du ressort du fabricant, reste la limitation de charge à 7.5W vers les iPhones, ce qui est un bridage APPLE, et commun à TOUS les chargeurs de ce type quelle que soit la marque. Dommage à l'heure de la charge rapide. On aurait apprécié du 15W comme à peu près tous les smartphones Android. Ceci dit, pour se consoler, on peut se dire que la charge "lente" permet de prolonger la durée de vie et l'autonomie de la batterie de l'iPhone, donc au final on n'est pas perdant. Mais un conseil, gardez quand même un bon vieux cordon de recharge PD USB-C pour les situations où vous devez charger le plus vite possible.
En conclusion, un sans faute, et vraiment un produit qui m'a surpris par toutes ses qualités. Je ne m'attendais pas à autant pour tout dire. Donc 5 étoiles amplement méritées.
