I’ve used biotin before so I know it can work. Haven’t used this brand though, before now.
The reason I decided to try their biotin is because I use their 5htp for anxiety and it works so well!
I take 2 of these, so 10k mcg in the morning with breakfast.
Biotin is not a magic pill. If it works for you it’s probably because you’re lacking it in your diet. That being said, if you’re taking it, up your water intake, significantly. Your body needs water. All the pills in the world won’t replace you drinking water.
Anyway! My nails after a month. Yes it’s working, yes I drink (what averages out to) 15 cups of water a day (25 oz bottle 5x). Hydrate and be consistent and you should see results.
I’ve also heard of people breaking out from taking biotin. That isn’t, and never has been the case for me, regardless of the brand. 🤷🏾♀️

My nails are definitely getting stronger. I feel that my hands are getting more moist as well. My hair might have better texture which I cannot tell much difference though. But, the hair loss has not gotten any better. I still give it 5 stars because it’s working on everything else, and I think that biotin will not fix my hair loss issue. Also, I love that this item came with tamper proof packaging and expiration date.
