Also, it smells HEAVENLY. Really, even if it didn't work I would love the smell. It is cost effective too, in relation to other natural products that actually work.
I didn't realize that the fleas had not come back until I bathed her again weeks later. She had no fleas. I was shocked. The only thing I can think of is that this product did the job. I don't know how well it could work on a large dog with thick fur, but if you can get it down to the skin and let it stay on, it may work better.
I will try to remember to update later on.
I just feel much better knowing that the dogs aren't coated in chemicals like frontline. I took frontline for granted for many years and several dogs until one of them had an incredibly bad reaction to it. Not only that, they still would occasionally get ticks, and my last dog still developed lyme twice even after being vaccinated and using frontline his entire life. So I've sworn off chemicals- the stuff stays on dogs for a month, and people are warned to wash throughly if you come in contact with it directly. It doesn't add up, and not worth the health risks. There's no downside to this natural product. Having read all the reviews, I would suggest just testing a small amount to see if you're dog can tolerate it, and if you see any changes in color on a white dog's fur. I haven't had any problems, and will continue to use it.
