Directions

I have used CALM and CALM with Calcium for years and decided to try CALM Calmful Sleep when I saw it. I notice a great difference between regular CALM and CALM Calmful Sleep. I have insomnia and anxiety, so getting a good nights sleep is sometimes a challenge. I have been diligent about taking this each night since receiving last week, and I have had far less trouble falling and staying asleep than without it or with regular CALM. My FitBit tracks my sleep, and I've even noticed a difference there with how fast I fall asleep and how much deep sleep I am getting. This has replaced my Melatonin supplement and I have had no need to take my RX sleep medication since using this product!

If you like CALM, and have occasional sleeplessness, I would definitely recommend CALM Calmful Sleep! The Wildberry flavor is unlike any of their others. I really enjoy the taste. Raspberry/Lemon is my go to in regular CALM.

One teaspoon didn't encourage sleep but two teaspoons, wow. I was also calmer, muscle cramps eased a bit- probably from the relaxing effect. I am editing this review because twice, on taking two tablespoon doses with a full glass of hot water I shortly after experienced gurgling and motion in my tummy, leading to the trots a few hours later. It contains magnesium. My friend told me he "sharted" the morning after trying it. Just an FYI.

When drinking Calmful Sleep, my husband sleeps all night. He said Natural Vitality calcium magnesium helped with restless legs, anxiety and sleep but Calmful Sleep is more effective as a natural sleep aid. He wanted me to order extra to be sure he never runs out, so I'm confident to say he highly recommends it. I prefer to mix cal/Mag in mineral water over ice, he puts his in a cup of water. I find his way too tart for my taste. My way it tastes like a good tasting carbonated beverage. My Natural Vitality calcium magnesium is Rasberry/lemon and mixes great with flavored mineral water. Calmful Sleep is Raspberry and also good in mineral water. The taste is similar to a mild sweet tart. (less water stronger taste) When using magnesium supplements follow directions, overdoing it can result in loose stools. At the same time, the laxitive effect may be benefitial to some.

I use this product to help me sleep. This is the second time I have ever rated a product. I have severe insomnia due to anxiety pain and fatigue. I have been able to cut down on my sleep medication and hope to eliminate. I am able to get up 3 to 4 hours earlier. I take half a dose before bed. If I wake up I take the other dose. Melatonin on it's own didn't seem to help me but this combo does. I'm not crazy about the taste but I mix it with a powdered fruity drink mix I have. Please dont stop making this formula.

I love this stuff. I am a runner and pay close attention to getting enough electrolytes and I was having a hard time getting enough magnesium. So I ordered this one and the raspberry lemon daytime version. I opened this one first and tried it for night time - I liked the semi-tart wildberry taste and it made me sleep soundly. After I finished the bottle (other reviewers are correct that the bottle is less than half full and doesn’t last as long as the label claims it should), I opened the raspberry lemon, excited to try it since I liked the other version so much. OMG the taste is terrible, at least compared to wildberry. The first night I drank it right after brushing my teeth, so I thought maybe that’s why it was so bad. The next night I waited to brush my teeth after - still tasted awful. I read a lot of reviews and a lot of people love the raspberry lemon flavor so it’s all based on personal taste but I really struggle to make myself drink that one.

I just ordered my second bottle of Calm Sleep and have been taking a little every night. I don’t know if it’s habit forming but I’m going to try to make it a less frequent habit just in case - not to mention it will last longer that way, because it’s not inexpensive. But it does work and I’m going to keep using it as long as it works for me.
