I just got this book 2 days ago, and I've already finished it! Having read lots of dieting books and articles, I was a bit worried that this book wasn't going to tell me anything I didn't already know. However, I found the info very helpful - especially the explanations of the science behind weight loss and metabolism. I've been on my weight loss journey for several months now, and I really feel like some of the information in this book is going to help speed up the process. And understanding the science behind everything is really going to help me to better cope during the inevitable times when I get frustrated along the way. (In fact, I'm planning to make my husband read it so that he has a better idea of what I'm going through!)
I would really recommend this book to anyone who wants a helpful, no-nonsense approach to losing weight and being healthy. Being healthy in today's world isn't easy - it seems like there are temptations and toxins everywhere - but I feel like this book has given me lots of ideas about how to avoid those unhealthy things and finally get my health on the right track.

I thought this book was very informative whether you are trying to lose weight or just staying healthy. I also enjoyed
Stress, Belly Fat and Adrenal Fatigue
which is a short read that discusses the effects of stress on the adrenal system.

This book is very informative for everybody, whether you've struggled with your weight or just want to learn more about staying fit and healthy. It offers easy and effective strategies to lose weight permanently. Additionally, it's written in an accessible and approachable way, making the scientific perspective on weight loss easy to understand. Highly recommended!!
