Scientist starts as a schoolboy

I really enjoyed this book, especially because Wilson came from a low to middle-class background. His parents encouraged his youthful scientific explorations and sent him to schools that helped to form his character.

I wish there was information about who did the beautiful pencil drawings interspersed through the book. No credit. Does anyone know who the artist is?
