Thus causing more pain 😫 then good... Just saying!!!
i previously bought kenkoh insoles , but they are so expensive (around $40). These red clay insoles are a great CHEAP substitute!!! However, i think red clay iinsoles is inaccurate. They feel like they are plastic insoles.
The little bumps are stiff, so a good idea to wear a pair of socks with them. Some people might want to use thick socks. My feet are pretty sensitive, but I've found I'm fine with medium socks. After a few weeks of getting used to the feeling, I might be able to do bare feet, but I haven't tried that yet.
After the first week, it got less and less painful throughout the day and my feet still feel great.
Definitely glad I made the purchase. Plus my feet aren’t as stinky as they used to be.
