I've taken these vitamins for years...My D3 was low and my GP wanted me to take a supplement....never thought to read the ingredient panel on vitamins...soy is 1st thing listed......soy is full of plant estrogen...soy is super cheap .....shame on you nature made.....their hair skin & nails and b complex also show it to be the primary ingredient .....read your labels...... soy is garbage...

Had blood work and the results showed a Vitamin D deficiency. My physician recommended I take a 1000 mg vitamin D supplement. I took this product once a day (one pill in the morning) for three months and my follow up test showed a normal Vitamin D level. I did not change my diet or lifestyle at all during those three months so I can fairly confidently attribute the level change to the use of this product.

This is a total SCAM! I bought the 300 ct soft gels for my aunt and the product was delivered with 1/3 of what was expected! Don’t be fooled thinking that it contains 300 soft gels.
If you take the volume of each gel to be MAX of 1 cm^3 ( and this is overestimating it, as the actual pill is smaller) and take the volume of the container which I calculated to be roughly 285 cm^3 ( again these are merely estimates), then the bottle should be full of pills if it were containing 300 pills. Don’t buy it!

After realizing my multi-vitamin wasn’t providing enough vitamin D that I, a woman in her early 30’s, need - I purchased this. I started off taking one a day (with vitamin K2) and worked my way up to 2 a day. This went on for a couple weeks, as did an acne breakout. I’m no stranger to acne, but it’s been quite a few years since I broke out like I did. When I realized it had to be this vitamin, I cut it down slowly to where I just take one every 3 or 4 days. Now my skin is back to normal, and I do feel a difference especially in my hip, back & joints where I was experiencing soreness especially during the cold East Coast winter months. I’d get vitamin D3 again from this brand, but at a lower dose.

I have been taking Vitamin D3 capsules for years. Unfortunately, I opened the bottle after the return period because the odor was so bad that I could not trust the contents to take them. The ingredients are soybean oil, gelatin, glycerin and water. The expiration date Jan 2023 and it’s currently June 2020 yet the soybean oil must be rancid because the odor is gross! I always thought Nature Made was a good brand ????

I haven't taken my first pill yet, but I can vouch for the total count. Looking at them upon arrival, I never would have guessed the 300 count as being accurate. Being an obsessive nut case I poured out the bottle and counted them. So, for any other "ONC's" out there, I counted 302.

NatureMade is my favorite brand for vitamins/supplements. High quality that doesn’t make my stomach upset (especially when I am pregnant and have morning sickness. NatureMade are the only vitamins that don’t make it worse). I just wish the Vitamin D pills came in a smaller bottle. The bottle is huge for the amount of pills that are in it. It seems like a waste.
