This has honestly been one of the top (if not THE top, haha) contenders for best honeys I've ever tasted, mixed and blended with. Hands down. The richest, purest (in both brand values and taste itself, if I can be honest... excellent company), most perfectly-leveled (not too sweet, not too bitter), NON-LOCAL honey I've had in my life! I usually had to buy local honey made in Colorado, because manufacturing and other processes would mess up the integrity of the honey... not to mention the export-import process.

But THIS has been terrific with that. In fact, it's the only honey I've found that is actually both NOT-LOCALLY sourced and WONDERFUL. (:
