I suffer from anxiety, depression, headaches, and chronic neck and back pain. I listen to this whenever I need something soothing to calm me or distract me. The beautiful ocean sounds do the trick and help me to feel better, at least emotionally. I recommend this to anyone who has my health issues and needs something to soothe them and also to anyone who just loves the sound of the ocean.
I have a beach scene theme desktop background on my main computer and my wife thought it should have ocean waves playing (she loves the beach.) So I got this. I'm not a fan of this type of stuff, but I found it amazingly relaxing.
But it may prove to be expensive. Now she wants to go to Hawaii!
I have always loved the sound of waves on the shore. This music reminds me of camping trips and falling asleep to the waves. I listen to relax and fall asleep.

this is also great for meditation. I love the sound of the ocean and its hard to hear it even though I live about 20 miles from it. When you go on good days the sounds get drowned out by the screams and loud conversations of others
