The best thing about this product is that it's Glucosamine Sulphate (not Hydrochloride HCL, which is better for rheumatoid arthritis) and each tablet contains the recommended therapeutic amount of 1500mg. So only one tablet needs to be taken per day. It can take 12 weeks to really reap the benefits but if you have inflamed joints or osteoarthritis, this works great! [Warning, do not take if you have a shellfish allergy!] I have been taking this for a few months now for occasional joint pain in my lower back/pelvis as well as chronic pain in my knees. I have hypermobility in all of my joints as well as loose tendons & an abundance of relaxin (all genetic). My joints tend to float, popping in and out of alignment frequently. This supplement literally helps allow my body to keep mobility, lessening pain & inflammation to enable my joints to go back into proper alignment without needing to see a doctor every time one of my bones shift. It is truly a godsend to have this to take everyday & be able to walk, cook my family dinner, and personally take care of myself without constantly hurting. It is coated, easy to swallow and has no flavor or odor. The cost is good for being the right type of glucosamine I need & only needing to take one per day for the full daily dosage. There was an issue with the shipment company for the first order but the seller has excellent customer service so I won't hesitate to reorder! I highly recommend this supplement!
